The Somerset Dolphins swam their first A meet of the 2022 season in a tougher Division (I), traveling up I-270 to face off against the Lakeland Lionfish. The Lionfish narrowly outswam the Dolphins, winning a close contest by only 9 points, 389 to 380. As always, the Dolphins swam their hearts out, posting points, best times, and impressive time drops across all age groups. Three swimmers did incredible jobs swimming up this meet to fill out the roster for 13/14 boys:: Alex Veskler (9!), Warner Hurst (11), and Elias Roark...

Little Falls has 8 lanes which will make for a faster meet, but it also means we need 13...

A big thank you to everyone who volunteered in ways large and small. Because of the team effort, Time Trials was a very successful dry run at running a summer swim meet. Despite the chilly and sometimes rainy our kids had a blast and rocketed to some fast times. Everything picks up this week as we launch full swing into the heart of the season. Our first B Meet is at Little Falls this Wednesday evening and our first A Meet is on Saturday morning at Lakelands. It is imperative...

Just a reminder that Minis Coordinator (and Team Assistant Coach) Catherine Belyakov and the Minis Coaches will be at the pool this Saturday immediately after Time Trials (approximately 11:15 a.m.) to evaluate the swimming of any Minis available to come. This is optional and there is no need to RSVP in advance - the assessment will help Catherine assign coaches but anyone unable to come Saturday will be evaluated on the first day they come to practice. We also encourage Minis to come watch some or all of Time Trials...

A big thank you to the bake sale organizers Danielle Carrier, Erlinda Doherty, Kirsten Darling and our A Reps Gayle Horn and Kelly Swain! Action Items for you Immediate Attention Please take a few minutes and...

There is a risk of thunderstorms this afternoon so we wanted to remind families and coaches about our Inclement Weather Policy, which is always available on the Dolphins website: We of course want every day during the summer to be beautiful, warm, and sunny, but there are times that Mother Nature has a mind of her own! Here are a few policy and procedures if there is Inclement Weather: Always assume that Practice and/or a Swim Meet is ON as scheduled unless you hear otherwise. If there is inclement weather...
