How to Signup for Jobs

Parent Participation is vital to the continued success of the team. It takes up to 45 volunteers to run a successful swim meet  (home or away). We can't manage meets or activities without you. Due to the tremendous amount of volunteer support needed, we ask that each family help at the social activities or meets during the swim season. There are ways to help if you work part or full-time or have toddlers clinging to your leg.

1) Login to your account. You must be signed into your account before you can sign up for jobs. Once signed in, go to the Calendar page where you can do several things:

  • "Edit Commitment" this is where you commit your swimmer/s to an event or meet. Please do this for everything you know you're in town for. We cannot add swimmers last minute to meets.
  • "Job Sign up" this is where you sign up to volunteer -- bring goods, time, etc. If you need to make a change, just go back to the job and click the Remove Signup button.

All meet jobs such as timers, table workers, concessions, computer helper. etc. are listed under each meet.  Click on the meet you would like to work and the jobs will show up. The only jobs that require training are automation and officials (starter, stroke and turn, etc.) 

Our Team reps (or parent volunteer leads for specific activities) will be contacting any families who have not signed up for jobs, and whose children are participating in the meet.  They will then be assigned to whatever jobs are still open.
