You can join our team starting in 7th grade! Beginning swimmers will work on building up their endurance in a supportive and fun team environment!

Pre-Season Events

We have a dunk booth at Maple Grove Days! Come check us out!!

We play paint ball in Sept! If you're interested in our team, email [email protected] for an invite to this fun event! (A parent observer is required if you have not previously been on the team.)

Season

The season starts at the end November and wraps up in mid-February for most of our swimmers. Meets are usually on Thursday evenings and all swimmers & divers compete in these meets.

Practice

Practice daily at Maple Grove Middle School. Swimmers generally practice directly after school and divers in early evening. Middle school students are usually done with practice in time to take the late bus home.

Physical

You must have a physical on file with Maple Grove Senior High in order for registration to show up for you in SmartSchoolK12. If you are even thinking about any high school sport, PLEASE DO THIS NOW! Registration

You will register with Maple Grove Senior High through SmartSchoolK12 which opens in early October. You MUST be registered prior to participating in practices (this includes the Captains' practices in November).

Booster Club Registration

You will also register with the Booster Club. You can proceed with this even if you are held up on the school registration due to waiting on a physical. This will give you members only access to the schedule, coaches information, meet results, team email announcements, team suits and apparel, awards and recognition, and more. We ask that each athlete make a donation to the Booster Club so we can support the coaches and athletes!

Season Kick-Off Meeting

We hold a kickoff meeting in October, immediatly following the school winter sports mandatory meeting, where we review more details about the season. At this meeting you'll get information on ordering a team suit, t-shirt and ohter apparel.
