How to Sign Up for Swim Meets

By the end of the day on TUESDAY prior to each swim meet, you must let us know if your swimmer(s) will attend the swim meet or not and if so, in which events they wish to enter.

The process is simple….

If your swimmer WILL attend the swim meet:

  • Click on "Team Events" and then click the "edit commitment"  of the swim meet at www.strawberryseals.com
  • Click on “Attend/Decline” to the right of the entry for the applicable swim meet.
  • Sign in using your log in email address and password.
  • Click on the “Member Name.”
  • Click on the Declaration pull-down located in the top section and select “Yes.”
  • Once yes is selected, you will see the events your swimmer is eligible to swim. 
  • Check off those events your swimmer would like to swim. 
  • Once you have finished, click on the Save Changes button on the lower right side. 

If you have more than one child, repeat the same task as listed above.

If your swimmer WILL NOT attend the swim meet:

  • Click on "Team events" and click "Edit commitment" on the designated swim meet at www.strawberryseals.com.
  • Click on “Attend/Decline” to the right of the entry for the applicable swim meet.
  • Sign in using your log in email address and password.
  • Click on the “Member Name.”
  • Click on the Declaration pull-down located in the top section and select “No.”
  • Click on the Save Changes button on the lower right side. 

If you have more than one child, repeat the same task as listed above

Note:

All swimmers may participate in up to three events provided that they have mastered the stroke.
