Visiting Teams Information for 2022

CAMERAS ARE NOT ALLOWED BEHIND BLOCKS OR ON BLOCK END OF POOL

The Maple Hills Marlins welcome all teams and families for the 2022 swim year, we are excited to back in person this year.  Here are a couple items that we are hoping will make for a successful season.

              Parking: Our main lot on the west side of the pool with overflow parking down in the grass lot when the weather is nice (please be gentle on the fields as they are owned by the HOA).  There is an additional lot on the northeast corner of the pool.

              Concessions:  There is concessions stand on the deck with snacks, meals and drinks.  Concessions stand takes cash or credit card.

              Seating:  We ask that all families set up in the grass park as to keep the swim deck clear.  Please keep all chairs, pop up tents and personal items off swim deck to make for easier Heat viewing and timer changes.

            Swimmingly:  The Marlins use swimmingly to time and score our meets.  We ask that all timers and volunteers download the Swimmingly App before coming to Maple Hills.  It is a free app and can be used on Android or Apple products.  Volunteer timers will be using this app to record times (is fairly easy to use) All timers are asked to be present for the meeting at the beginning of the meet so they can be filled in on how to connect and use app.  All swimmers will need to have a swimmingly number assigned (coaches will work together to get this done).  Please have swimmer number written on swimmer’s shoulder as this will be used to score swimmers times.  Timers should have phone fully charged or bring portable charging batteries to keep meet going.
