Pups Program

The Sleepy Hollow Pups Program is coached by Mark Anderson. It is a program designed for children ages 5-8 who are water safe, but who are not quite ready for the Sleepy Hollow Swim Team.

While many Pups do go on to join the Sleepy Hollow Swim Team, the program is not run by or affiliated with the Sleepy Hollow Swim Team in any way.

Fall and Winter Swim Programs

The Fall and Winter Swim Programs are run by Mark Anderson. These are programs designed for children ages 5 & Up who can swim the length of the pool proficiently in freestyle and backstroke.

While many Sleepy Hollow swimmers do participate in the Fall and Winter Swim Programs, these programs are not run by or affiliated with the Sleepy Hollow Swim Team in any way.
