How to Declare Participation, or Edit Commitment

At the top of the event page, look at the top and find the “Attend/Decline” or “Edit Commitment” button and declare your swimmer’s participation in the meet. Athletes that select Attend will be added to that meet lineup. Athletes left in Undeclared past the deadline or that select Decline will not be included in the meet lineup.

Committing in a timely manner gives our coaches time to plan the meet. When declarations come in late, it makes it harder for the coach to put together the best meet.

If you commit to a meet and suddenly cannot make it, first attempt to “Edit Commitment” on the event page which can be found on our team website. If the deadline to commit has passed, please email if it’s at least a day or more before the meet. On the day of the meet please text the Swim Team Coordinator. (Verbal notice is hard for coaches and the swim team coordinator to track.) Please only text in urgent situations; For all other inquiries, please send email.

Now that you’ve committed your swimmer to the meet, please click on the Job Signup button. This is where you will see all the help wanted to make the meet a success. Please find a place to help, and the points will go toward fulfilling your workshare commitment.
