Email is our primary means of communication with our members, although we do also list the information on our website.

Not receiving our emails?

The most common reasons are:

  1. It’s in the spam folder
  2. You “unsubscribed” from our emails
  3. It was inadvertently marked as spam by your email host and suppressed in TeamUnify

What can I do about it?

  1. Check your junk or spam folders – our email messages may be there. Mark anything from [email protected] as safe. NOTE: You may have to do this again from time to time if your phone/computer auto updates
  2. Log in to your email account web browser. Sometimes your email (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.) will be putting these messages in the junk folder online, but not in the junk folders on your phone or computer.
  3. If this doesn’t work, contact your email provider – they might be identifying our messages as spam.
  4. Still not receiving email? Contact us at [email protected]. We can fix this but only on an individual basis.

Tips to make sure you keep receiving email

  1. Our club sends out a weekly email every Sunday. If you’re not receiving our weekly emails, there may be an issue with your account.
  2. Open all emails from the club before you delete them – even if you’re not interested in the content. This way your email provider will not assume you don’t want to receive them and mark them as spam.
  3. If you have multiple emails logged on the website, consider removing one or more of them so you don’t get the same message multiple times.

Why did my email address get suppressed by TeamUnify?

If you or your email provider marks our messages as spam, the TeamUnify system will detect it and will suppress the email address, preventing the system from attempting to send emails to that address again. Adding the TeamUnify email address (“[email protected]”) to your contacts should help push emails through to their inbox. Note that once your email address has been suppressed by the system, it may occur again if you don’t open our emails regularly before deleting them.
