• Line-ups for swim meets will be posted online.

  • Swimmers are to be at the pool and ready for warm up (where the meet is being held) 45 minutes before the meet begins. Typically those times are Tuesday/Thursday 4:45pm and  Saturday 7:45am.

  • An order of event sheet and line-up will be posted in the team area before and during the meet. This should be checked upon arrival and during the meet for any changes.

  • Swimmers need to check in by highlighting their names upon arrival so that coaches know that they are there. Swimmers should only highlight their own name.

  • Swimmers should remain in the team area so events won’t be missed. If an emergency occurs and a swimmer has the leave the meet early, the swimmer must notify both the coaches and the Clerk of Course prior to leaving.

  • The Clerk of Course will line up swimmers for in their proper heat and lanes for each event. This helps ensure times are recorded properly for each swimmer.

  • 6&unders and 8&unders should sit together as a group so they can be easily identified by the Clerk of Course for their events.

  • Bring appropriate clothing for meets.  Evenings can get cool and swimmers should be prepared.

  • Meets are not canceled because of rain or cold. In case of lightning, the weather conditions will be assessed at 5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am on Saturdays. Decisions regarding cancelations or postponements of meets will not be made until this time. Therefore, all swimmers should arrive at the meet as scheduled unless otherwise notified by the team.

  • Due to the length of the swim meet, you are encouraged to provide your child with something to do between events (cards, books, etc.)

  • Do not bring sharp objects or glass items to any pool.
