Volunteer Requirements

The Arden Park Dolphins Swim Team prides itself on well-run meets, which are due entirely to our dedicated parent volunteers!  Each family will be required to sign up for a specific number of team volunteer jobs during the season.  The exact number of jobs will be determined after registration.  Jobs for the Conference Championship Meet held in July are additional jobs that all families attending Champs will be required to sign-up for.

Each year we strive to ensure each family contributes by fulfilling their share of jobs.  Yet, inevitably, a few families simply do not complete their volunteer commitment, resulting in more work for the other families.  Therefore, during registration families are required to have on file an active credit card in their family's Team Unify account. At the end of the season, if a family's required volunteer shifts were not completed, your family account will be charged $300.

Families with ONLY high school swimmers are exempt from job requirements during the regular season.  All families attending Champs are required to sign up for volunteer jobs.

Northern California Swim League Registration

The Arden Park Dolphins Swim Team is a member of the Northern California Swim League. In addition to registering with the Arden Park Dolphins, each swimmer must also be registered with NCSL.  We are currently waiting on league registration details for the 2022 season.  Stay tuned for more information.
