Signing Out of a Swim Meet

Coaches are planning on ALL swimmers swimming ALL meets.

IF your swimmer WILL NOT be attending a meet you MUST sign them out of the meet 10 days prior to the swim meet.

  1. Go to team website:

  2. Click on the ‘Sign In’ tab located left side of the screen near the ‘Home’ tab.

  3. Log-in using your email address and password you used to register for the team.

  4. Now find the ‘Swim Events’ listed under the ‘Events’ in the middle of the page OR click on the ‘Team Events’ tab on the right hand side of the team pictures.

  5. Search for the swim meet you are signing in/out for; click on EDIT COMMITMENT (note if you are not logged in this button will say ATTEND/DECLINE; clicking this button will direct you to log-in using the email address and password you used to register for the team).

  6. Click on the swimmer’s name to edit their commitment for that swim meet.

  7. Choose ‘No thanks (swimmer’s name) will not attend this event’  OR ‘Yes, please sign (Swimmer’s name) up for this event’

  8. Use the ‘Notes’ section to indicate any late arrivals or early departures.

  9. Click ‘Save Changes’ to commit.

  10. You will be returned to the summary page for that swim meet indicating your swimmer(s) is/are ‘Committed’ or ‘Not Committed’.
