WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SYNCHRO!
Synchronized Swimming is a water sport that combines swimming skills with the artistry of gymnastics and ballet. "Synchro" emphasizes precise teamwork and individual skill and strength in an atmosphere of fun and friendship, all put to music. Swimmers of all abilities, from 5-18 years old, can participate. Each swimmer will learn basic figures and swimmers will try out to be in routines which compete at championships. Swimmers can also elect to be in a routine for our Aquacade show at the end of the summer. Practice begins in late April and continues through July.
Team Suits
Each synchro swimmer will need a solid black suit, nose clip, and a plain white cap. Swimmers will learn to knox their hair for routine performances. See below video on how to do this!
Aquacade
The Synchro team puts on an Annual Aquacade show and fundraiser towards the end of the season at Cottage Pool. Aquacade is open to the public and gives the swimmers an opportunity to show off their winning routines and is a celebration of a summer of committment and teamwork.

The Stingrays captured the League Championship titles in 1987, 1988, 1989, 1991, 1994, 1996, 1997, 2002, 2007 and 2008!
