We've moved indoors. On Tues thru Fri, this program is designed to learn about and develop Core & Flexibility ... fun, innovative & rewarding. Personal-training costs are inclusive within team fees this year. Check out the Schedules under Swimmers / Practices, under Spring & Summer, for descriptions, levels & times.

                  Strength & Conditioning
             Functional Interval Training [FIT]

This is the Best ... enjoyable & effective dryland training! Available to athletes 11 & Up, Certified Personal Trainer will be offering these fun sessions in the FIT Room. The current schedule is Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45. There are eight sessions per month, the cost is $50, and a max of 10 athletes is accepted per class.
