Swim School - Lessons

Rocklin SWIM SCHOOL works with the City of Rocklin Aquatics program.  Spring Break and Summer lessons are weeknights for 30 minute sessions Monday to Thursday at Rocklin High School pool. We also offer adaptive lessons for those living with disabilities. A Lifeguard Training session is provided for those 15 years and older starting Saturday and running Monday to Friday. Registration and more information will be available in February.

Splash - Pre-Competitive Group

Rocklin SPLASH is a summer pre-competitive swim group.  Tryouts are in March and swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards unassisted. The swim session runs April through July.  There is a mock swim meet on the last day of practice!

WAVE - Spring/Summer Recreational League 

Rocklin WAVE competes in a spring/summer league. The season starts in April and finishes end of July with 5 dual meets and 1 Championship Meet. To better prepare your child for try outs we do offer a March Clinic for swimmers who are able to swim 50 yards unassisted.  Our Summer Wave REQUIRES parent to volunteer as well as participation in swim meets.

Fall and Winter Swim – Seasonal Swim Sessions

Rocklin WAVE Fall and Winter Sessions are for swimmers who can swim 50 yards unassisted these seasonal sessions run September through January.  Details will be posted in August for Fall Swim (session Sep-Oct) and September for Winter Swim (session Nov-Jan).  

Mavericks -  Year Round USA Swim League

Rocklin Mavericks compete year-round In the Sierra Nevada local swim league of USA swimming with tryouts by appointment.  Participating in the Rocklin Mavericks swim meets (once a month) is a critical component of membership. Swimmers can focus on personal and long term development of swim skills with meets once a month for qualification to local and national championships.  We welcome high school water polo players and high school swimmers!
