This March the West Sacramento Dolphins Swim Team is pleased to offer our annual one month swim clinic.
Focus is on stroke technique and drill progressions for overall swim improvement. This clinic does not conflict with league guidelines for Recreation Swim Teams. Due to COVID restrictions, the number of participants will be capped at 84 swimmers. 

TIME: Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings with practice times at either 6-7pm or 7-8pm
LOCATION: West Sacramento Recreation Center Pool, 2801 Jefferson Blvd., West Sacramento, CA 95691

Cost for swim clinics is $125 per swimmer (no multi-family swimmer discount). In order to register for Spring Clinics swimmers must already be registered for the 2023 Dolphins swim season.
