All new and returning coaches and members of the volunteer parent board must complete the State of Illinois' online training for Mandated Reporters. Complete the training AND print your Certificate of Completion using the link below as soon as possible following your hire (no later than March 15).
All new and returning coaches eighteen years of age or older must agree to the State of Illinois' DCFS background check. Please complete this form below, then mail/email it to Lea Fortkamp using the contact information above. The form will then be submitted to the state by the Naperville Swim Conference.
Finally, your wage agreement will be completed at our first staff meeting following your hire. You can view this form below.
