Team Practice Policy

For evening practice before school ends we are requesting that all swimmers be released at the gate that leads directly into the pool and asking all parents to stay on the other side of the fence to enable the coaches to more effectively and efficiently manage and coach our swimmers. All questions and concerns can be directed to the board member that will be present at each practice during this time.  If we cannot provide an answer to you, we will direct it to the appropriate party who will respond within 24 hours. 

A gentle reminder that it is our team policy that parents are not to approach the coaches during practice sessions, nor do we allow parents to approach their swimmers or coach them from the sidelines.  This behavior is very disruptive to all of the swimmers and the coaching staff and prevents the learning environment we are trying to achieve.
