Summer 2023 Registration is now open! 

Note: The registration is considered "complete" only after the payment is made. (i.e. Check is dropped off at the lockbox or Zelle/Paypal payment is succesfully made). Your child(ren) cannot begin practice until you have submitted your payment.

*Non-LVE (Outside) families pay $50 per family in addition to dues.

Early bird registration fee applies if registration & payment are made by March 31, 2023
 
On-Time registration dues
1st swimmer - $275
2nd swimmer - $260
3rd swimmer - $250
 
On-time bird registration fee applies if registration & payment are made by April 30, 2023
 
Late Registration Dues (if payment is made after May 01, 2021)
1st swimmer - $300
2nd swimmer - $285
3rd swimmer - $275
 
Volunteer Hours
As LVE Torpedoes is a volunteer run organization, every family is expected to contribute upto 23 hours (exact hours to be finalized by end of May) per season. There will be numerous opportunities to volunteer.
For those who do not meet the required volunteer service hours, will be assessed a fee of $25 per hour missed. In case if you'd like to opt-out of volunteering, there is a one time initial fee of $400 that can be paid during with registration.
 

Payments

The payment may be made via check (no fee) or Zelle or Paypal (additional $10 fee per swimmer applies if paid via PayPal)

  1. Zelle Payment - Payment must be made to [email protected] Please mention full name of the swimmer(s) while making payments. 
  2. Check Payment - Check must be made to "Loudoun Valley Estates Torpedoes". Check must include the full name of the swimmer in the remarks/comments. Checks must be dropped off @ the LVE Torpedoes drop-box near the poolside at the clubhouse Note: Checks should NOT be dropped off @ HOA Office mailbox
  3. Paypal Payment - Payment must be made to [email protected] Please mention full name of the swimmer(s) while making payments. Note: Payment via paypal must include additional $10 fee per swimmer.

Each swimmer will receive a t-shirt and swim cap (if registered and paid by May 12, 2023). Please enter your child's size carefully during registration. Note that there is no Child-Small size so if you enter Small, you will receive an Adult-Small. Because t-shirts are ordered according to the sizes entered in registration, we cannot offer exchanges.

Evaluations 

Each new swimmer (including last season mini Torpedoes) must pass the evaluation to join the team. Evaluation of new swimmers will be held on the first day of practice. Please refer to eligibility criteria for further details

Refund Requests

The last day for requesting refunds will be June 10th, 2023
  • All refund requests will incur a $35 processing fee.
Non LVE Families 
 
There are limited number of spots available for non-LVE families as prescribed by HOA. There is an additional $50 fee for non-LVE families.
 
Registration will be considered complete only when registration & payment are made.
