OFFICIALS TRAINING REQUIREMENTS (as outlined in League Rules):

• Section 5.3.1 Stroke and Turn Judge - Attend Training Clinic; pass Officials exam; shadowed an experienced Stroke and Turn Judge at one meet.
• Section 5.3.2   Starter - Attend Training Clinic; pass Officials exam; worked at least one season as a Stroke and Turn Judge; shadowed an experienced Starter at one meet.
• Section 5.3.3   Referee - Attend Training Clinic; pass Officials exam; worked at least one season as a Stroke and Turn Judge; shadowed an experienced Referee at one meet, and be recommended by the Team Representative.
• Section 5.4 - Exclusion from Required Officials Training -  Individuals holding certification from USA Swimming or other equivalent organization will be allowed to work at the highest level for which they hold Official certification or an equivalent certification.
