2020 CCC Fall Swim Camps - Deadline To Sign Up Is August 15th

This Fall, we will be attempting to accommodate as many swimmers as possible, while staying within the County guidelines. We also need to split pool time with the HOA/Recreational swim.  As was the case in the summer, the groups will remain stable once established and the same safety protocols and procedures that were implemented in the summer will be followed.  Finally, please note that we can only have capacity for 50 swimmers for the Fall, so please register early! Priority will be given to swimmers who participated in the summer 2020 swim program.

  • Dates: Workouts will begin the week of August 24th through to October 29th with two Monday holidays observed.
  • Days/Times: There will be two, 2-day per week options (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) for all ages of swimmers.  There is also one, 3-day per week option for swimmers aged 11 and up looking for a slightly more challenging workout.

Swimmers will complete challenging sets as well as work on stroke technique. The cost is $300 per swimmer for ten weeks.

Fall Swim Requirements All swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted to participate. If your swimmer will move up an age group next summer, register them in their new age group for fall swim.

The Marlins proudly represent the Campolindo Cabana Club (CCC), located in the sunny hills of Moraga, California. CCC is unique in our league in that it is the only facility that is owned by a homeowners association. Ours is also the only club that has two full lap pools in which to train and compete.

Established in 1968, the Marlins are a recreational swim team competing in the Orinda Moraga Pool Association (OMPA) league. The Marlins enjoy strong support from our swimmer families and neighborhood. Many of the coaching staff are former swimmers who have risen through the ranks. The Campolindo Cabana Club Swim Team offers three different levels of swim. MARLINS Swimmers range in age from 6U to 15-18 year olds. Throughout the swim season, the team participates in approximately 15 meets. In addition to practices and meets, there are a number of social activities that are held throughout the summer. MINI-MARLINS Our Mini Marlins, is open to children ages 3 - 6, who range from swimmers being willing to jump in alone and doggy paddle to attempting to complete a full lap of freestyle. Mini Marlins is a non-competitive, fun program that focuses on the very basic level of instruction. The Mini-Marlins season culminates with the "Mini-Meet," usually held on the last Friday of July, where our Mini's show off what they have learned to their families. LEARN TO SWIM LESSONS For children ages 2-3, that are true beginners and are not Mini Marlin ready, we encourage private lessons with us! We will evaluate your child's level of ability, provide basic instruction and technique to help the swimmer feel comfortable in the water. These private lessons will only be available between 11:30-12 Noon, during the summer.
