Practice
All practices are held at the Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center in Miamisburg, Ohio.
The first practice for the 2022 season will begin the morning of Tuesday, May 31st, 2022!

Practice Policy
IMPORTANT: All swimmers must arrive for practice by their scheduled practice start time. Any swimmer not in the pool by 10 minutes after the start of the practice session will NOT be allowed to practice that day. This policy is for the safety and benefit of all team swimmers.
Practice will be held unless there is lightning or the air temperature at the pool is below 650 F. Swimmers may be expected to attend practices if it is cold and do dryland instead.
