Home Meets

Wednesday Meet (Home)

  • Sunday
    • Parents need to register their kids for the meet by midnight.
    • Contact opposing team and request roster file for late adds.
  • Monday
  • Tuesday
    • Coaches for both teams review meet files for any issues.
    • Final heat sheets and sharpie report emailed to home team as well as the opposing team computer operator (also send meet backup if requested).
  • Wednesday (The Meet!!!)
    • Need to arrive at the pool by 4:45pm.
    • Computer Operator (CO) should sync up with the COs and Coaches for the Away team as well as home team coaches.
      • Work with them to address any changes that need to be made.
    • Print the meet documents for the meet at 5:30pm.

      After any deck entries have been made, revised heat sheets (Meet Programs) need to be printed for the meet officials.

      Need to print at least 17 copies, this covers BOTH teams:

      • 4 - Stroke and Turn officials
      • 1 - Referee
      • 1 - Starter
      • 2 - PC Coaches
      • 2 - Opponent Coaches
      • 3 - PC Clerk of Course
      • 3 - Opponent Clerk of Course
      • 1 - PC Computer Operator

      Print the Lane Sheets to record lane times and attach to clipboards.

    • Release the meet results as official on the home team site.
    • Create the meet results and DQ summary documents.
    • Email the results and DQ summary to the home team.
    • Send the results and DQ summary to away team.

Saturday Meet (Home)

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday
  • Friday
    • Coaches for both teams review meet files for any issues.
    • Final heat sheets and sharpie report emailed to home team as well as the opposing team computer operator (also send meet backup if requested).
  • Saturday (The Meet!!!)
    • Need to arrive at the pool by 7:00am.
    • Computer Operator (CO) should sync up with the COs and Coaches for the Away team as well as home team coaches.
      • Work with them to address any changes that need to be made.
    • Print the meet documents for the meet at 7:30am.

Away Meets

Wednesday Meet (Away)

  • Monday
    • Coaches approve swimmers for events and configure relays.
    • Setup folders on team computer for meet files.
    • Once coaches are done, review meet entries.
    • Update times with TeamUnify.
    • Sync entries to TeamUnify.
      • Computer operators are required to sync meet entries by 7pm.
    • Notify the Home team that the meet entries have been synced. Provide your contact information should there be any questions or issues.
      • Request a copy of the sharpie report or a backup of the meet with the final set of heat sheets.
    • When you receive draft heat sheets for review send to coaches and board for their review.
      • If there are any issues notify home team ASAP for correction.
  • Tuesday
    • The home team should provide a final copy of the meet sheet and sharpie report or meet backup (if there were changes). This should be reviewed by the computer operator and coaches for any issues.
    • The final meet sheet and sharpie report documents need to be emailed to the team, coaches, and board.
  • Wednesday (The Meet!!!)
    • Need to arrive at the pool by 4:45 pm.
    • Computer operator (CO) should sync up with your team coaches and the home team COs. Work with them to address any changes that need to be made to the entries. Provide assistance if needed.
    • Once the meet is over request a copy of the meet backup.
    • Distribute the meet results and DQ summary to the team, coaches, and board.
    • Print perosnal best labels for the team and deliver to the ribbon writers.

Saturday Meet (Away)

  • Wednesday
    • Parents need to register their kids for the meet by 8pm.
    • Contact opposing team and send roster file for late adds.
  • Thursday
    • Coaches approve swimmers for events and configure relays.
    • Setup folders on team computer for meet files.
    • Once coaches are done, review meet entries.
    • Update times with TeamUnify.
    • Sync entries to TeamUnify.
      • Computer operators are required to sync meet entries by 7pm.
    • Notify the Home team that the meet entries and roster files have been uploaded. Provide your contact information should there be any questions or issues.
      • Request a backup of the meet and sharpie report.
    • When you receive draft heat sheets for review send to coaches and board for their review.
      • If there are any issues notify home team ASAP for correction.
