Assistant Coaches:
Grace Cowell
Hi, I’m Grace Cowell. I have been on the PHSC swim team for thirteen years. I swam on KEY swim team for nine years. I was a junior coach for two years and an assistant coach for three years. This is my fifth year as a coach of some sort. I just graduated from Centerville High School and will be continuing my education at Ohio University in the fall! I’m so excited to see everyone again and to be this year’s captain fighting fish!
Gracy Frank
This will be my second year coaching and life guarding at PHSC. I have been a club swimmer for about 6 years, and I’ve spent 3 years on the Centerville High School team. I’ve been coaching for about 4 years. My favorite memory of being a Fighting Fish was championship finals last season because of the encouraging team atmosphere we created. I enjoy reading, walking my dogs, concerts, and I love animals! I lifeguard and teach swim lessons at the South YMCA. I also play lacrosse, and I have about 3 years of experience playing for the Lady Elks. I‘ve received a varsity letter all 3 years that I’ve swam for Centerville. In the 2020-2021 season, I received the Elk Award for having good sportsmanship. I was chosen by my teammates to be a JV captain for the Lady Elks Lacrosse team for the 2022 season. I’m looking forward to having fun on the swim team this year!!
Hi! My name is Clara and this is my second year as an assistant coach. I was a Jr. Coach for 4 years and have swam at Pleasant Hill for 10 years. I also swam for KEY for 7 years. Although I don’t swim year round anymore, I play field hockey and basketball for Fairmont High School. Some of my favorite memories from swimming were with coaches. I loved getting to hang out with them and how invested and inclusive they were. I loved swimming in relays, fun practices after winning meets, and having people cheer me on. I love Pleasant Hill and am so happy I get the chance to be a coach and be apart of swimmers’ memories.
My name is Mya Seitz, and I am going to be a sophomore at Miamisburg High School. When I'm not busy with tennis and swim team, I enjoy attending sporting events with my friends. In my spare time, I like to babysit, watch movies, and hang out with my family. I'm looking forward to the upcoming swim season as a first-time coach, but previously worked as a CIT leader and at the concession stand. Can't wait to be a part of this team. Go Fighting Fish!
