Registration for the 2023 Season

(Qualified Returning Members At This Time Only)

2023 Existing Pleasant Hill Club Membership

Open for Returning Members

3/1/23 - 9/4/23

READ FIRST!  If you are NOT an existing/returning member (who has been a member of PHSC within the last two years), please exit this option and choose a new membership option.

Welcome to the Pleasant Hill Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

We look forward to having you join the Pleasant Hill Swim Club and are excited for another great season!

Some important notes and definitions:

  • Important! The PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER must ALSO add themselves as a MEMBER.  This is the most common mistake when registering!
  • The PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER should contain the proper Billing Group 'Family, Couple, or Single' for the type of membership for which you are registering (this generates the correct cost on the invoice at the end).  The billing group is found in a drop-down menu on each member record labeled 'REGISTER TO THIS GROUP'.
  • ALL OTHER MEMBERS on the account should contain 'Additional Member' as the Billing Group to avoid additional charges.
  • Remember to fill in the required field in the membership area called "Relationship to primary member".
  • If you are registering your children in the swim team, that is under a separate registration category (found under the Swim Team tab from the homepage).

2. FRONT DESK PICTURE - This is REQUIRED.  Before your membership is approved for the season, PHSC must have a head & shoulder (think school picture) picture of each member loaded into the FRONT DESK Membership Card scanning system.  This system does not interface with Teamunify (the website you on right now registering), so we must manually load each photo separately.  Email the photo to the Membership Board representative with a format of .jpg, .gif or .png only, AND named with the name of your member! (you know who each person is by looking at them, but we DO NOT).  The Membership representative will load the photos into the FRONT DESK system and those photos will be used to identify the person associated on the account and the issued MEMBERSHIP CARD. We request updated photos of children each year.

3FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Definition - A Family Membership means access to our pool and facilities when we are open to a parent or guardian (no more than two adults) along with dependent children (under age 26) who are living on a permanent basis at the same address. The board reserves the right to request proof of residence. This proof could be a tax return or drivers license.  Children, age 26 or older, will be required to have a separate membership or pay guest fees.

If you believe you have a special situation please contact the board for discussion.

If you are a parent who no longer has dependent children in the home who wish to attend reqularly you may want to consider a couple or single membership. Note that your non-pool member family members who wish to attend as your guests can only come if you are also at the pool and they are subject to guest fees.

4. Existing (returning) Member Definition - means you have been an approved member of PHSC within the last two seasons.  If you do not join for two consecutive seasons, you are considered a new member again when you decide to return, and are responsible for all fees associated with a new membership. (i.e. you can skip one year and return the following year without being responsible for paying another Initiation Fee)

5. Caretaker Definition - Means someone at least 14 years old who can only attend the pool with the dependent children they are charged to care for, per the membership account. The caretaker is not a member, and does not have permission to use the pool on their own, or sign in guests. See the expanded definition of a Caretaker in the Rules & Regulations (Rules Tab).  If you believe you have a special situation please contact the board for discussion.
