2019 TPDC Team Registration

Registration for summer season 2019 opens April 10, 2019.  
Takoma Park DC Allstars is starting the summer season on a new platform.  The information below gives you information about the fees for summer.

Returning 2019 TPDC All Stars Swimmers

  • $195 for those who register April 10 to May 16, 2019
  • $160 for each additional sibling - April 10 - May 16, 2019
  • $230 for those who register May 17 - May 28, 2019
  • $190 for each additional sibling - May 17 - May 28, 2019
  • $250 for swimmers who register  May 29 - June 11, 2019(We cannot guarantee your swim suit will arrive in time for first meet for registrants after May 28, 2019.)


New Team Swimmers

  • $225 for swimmers new to TPDC who register April 10 -  May 16, 2019
  • $190 for each additional sibling April 10 - May 16, 2019
  • $240 for those who register May 17 - May 28, 2019
  • $200 for each additional sibling - May 17 - May 28, 2019
  • $250 for swimmers who register  May 29 - June 11, 2019(We cannot guarantee your swim suit will arrive in time for first meet for registrants after May 28, 2019.)

 

The registration fee includes required team swimsuit, swim cap, and t-shirt as well as all practices, swim meets, and team banquet for the swimmer. Refunds will not be issued once team suits are ordered.

2019 Volunteer Fee - $65 per family?

Did you know it takes approximately 53 people to run a swim meet? Not counting coaches and swimmers? So who are these people? Parents. Swimming is a family participation sport.

As an incentive to fill our many available volunteer positions this year, we have instituted a "returned if earned" Volunteer Fee of $65 for each swim family. The number of volunteer points that must be worked for a refund is a minimum of 10 points. You may earn points at meets (as a timer, runner, stroke and turn judge, concessions,etc.) or as an event coordinator (for family fun day, the team banquet, etc.).  Check out the XXX ??page to begin planning where you will volunteer this season. Families are required to submit a $65 check that will be returned to you upon completion of your volunteer points. Checks will be deposited after July 29 for those families who do not complete the volunteer service. Payment for the volunteer fee cannot be paid in TeamUnify.

Meet Attendance

Meet attendance will be collected within the TeamUnify platform.  You can go in and update for the summer or complete each week.  Information must be completed by noon on Wednesdays. Updates/changes after that deadline will require coordination with the Coach and Meet Manager but there is no guarantee that the swimmer may be entered.
