Hi everyone! My name is Caroline Pennington, and I am so excited to be a part of the Sailfish this year! I was a swimmer on the Potomac Station Sailfish when I was 5 years old until I was 18! I was a Sailfish mentor for many years before becoming a Junior Coach for 2 years, and then an assistant coach for 1 year! I also was a member of the Heritage High School Swim Team from 2014-2017! I just graduated from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) and will be completing my Masters in Elementary Education this upcoming year! I cannot wait to get to know you all this year! :)

Hello, my name is Andre Keyser and I am super excited to coach this year! I have been on the team since I was six years old. This will be my first season coaching, but I mentored in a previous season. I am also been a member of the Heritage High School Swim Team, where I competed at the state meet, as well as a former member of NCAP Swim Club. I hope to help other swimmers grow, improve, and have fun this season!

Hi my name is Coach Drew  and I am excited to be an assistant coach for the Sailfish this summer! This will be my 11th season in ODSL. I have coached for summer teams and Bateman Aquatics. I swam 4 years on the Briar Woods Swim team as a district, regional, and state swimmer. This past year, I was a captain. In the fall I am going to be a freshman at Salisbury University. I am looking forward to a fun summer! Go Sailfish!!!
