Declare or Un-Commit

What does it mean to "Declare"?  Declaring means indicating whether or not you will be swimming in the meet.

All swimmers are by default committed to all A meets, the A Relay Carnival, and Divisionals. Swimmers wishing to swim in B meets or the B Relay Carnival must declare their intent to swim.

  • A Meets/A Relay/Divisionals: Can’t swim? Un-commit by midnight on Wednesday prior to the meet.
  • B Meets/B Relay: Want to swim? Declare and pick the strokes by midnight on Sunday prior to the meet.

If you know your schedule now, please sign in to your account and un-commit your swimmers from any meets they can't attend, including both A and B meets. Please DO NOT assume that your swimmer will not be swimming in an A meet.
