Registration is now open for the Rudgear United Swim Camp, sponsored by the Rudgear Estates Swim Team. This camp is open to swimmers between the ages of 7 to 17 years old who have had previous swim team experience.  This camp will offer stroke instruction and stroke refinement, strength and endurance training, and is an ideal way to get your swimmers back into the water. THIS IS NOT A LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM.

The Rudgear United Swim Camp is designed to meet all Contra Costa County health requirements regarding Covid 19. Each camp session will have one designated counselor who will be assigned to only that session with a maximum of 12 campers assigned in each group. The campers and counselor in each session will not vary or change during the camp duration. Each counselor has a minimum of two years experience teaching swimming in a competitive environment. The focus of the camp will be stroke technique, strengh and endurance training, while in a fun and positive environment.

The camp is open to all swimmers with at least 1 year of swim team experience or an equivalent swim program.  At the start of camp, all campers will be assessed for swim camp readiness & ability to perform camp activities.

Cost for the 4-week program is $310 per swimmer.  No refunds will be given.

Camp session runs Monday thru Friday (June 5th - July 3rd), and will be held from 8 am to 8:00 pm.  NOTE THE FIRST SESSION WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, JUNE 5th.  Each session will be 45 minutes long and will start on the hour mark, which allows a 15 minute period between camps to allow for safe drop offs/pick ups, as well as sanitizing and disinfecting.

We can not guarantee time slot placement, although we will take into consideration if possible:

1) Age of Camper / Ability Level

2) Time of Day Preference: Morning (8am-noon), Afternoon (noon-4pm), Evening (4-8pm)

3)  Swim Team Affiliation

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR ASSIGNED TIME SLOT. Your swimmer may only participate in one camp, so please do not sign them up for multiple slots. This camp will fill up quickly and  placement will be given on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to register early. Registration closes June 12, 2020.

Please carefully read the Rules and Liability Waiver that is part of this registration for camp instructions and protocols.
