Welcome to the Rudgear Rats

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration again for our 2023 registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

A T-shirt will be provided if you register by April 10th (all age groups except Rugrats). Please make sure to check and update your child's t-shirt size while registering.

?? Our registration fee for all swimmers :  

2023 Registration Fee Schedule as of January 2023 (Plus "splash fee" if applicable, see below for explanation of "Splash fee" and if it will apply or not. Splash fee is $200) 

1^st Swimmer $425 (except Rugrats and 15-18 age group)

2^nd Swimmer $395 (except Rugrats and 15-18 age group)

3^rd Swimmer $380 (except Rugrats and 15-18 age group)

15-18 age group $230 

In order to receive the multiple child discount all children must be registered at the same time. 

**For any new 6 and Under or Rugrat swimmers we will hold a swim test in order to determine proper placement. The dates of this swim test and sign up list will be emailed out closer to April.**

 

Rugrats program $250 (Plus $200 splash fee if not a pool/homeowner member) 

The Rugrat program is designed for beginning swimmers who are at least four years old by June 15, 2023. Swimmers must be water safe. The program is designed for group instruction with a ratio of five swimmers to one coach. All Rugrat swimmers should be able to put their face in the water, be comfortable with swimming for all coaches, and be able to swim approximately three feet from the side of the pool without assistance. Rugrats do not participate in home or away swim meets with the Rudgear Rats swim team besides July 22nd. Participation Awards will be presented to all Rugrat swimmers at their last practice. Rugrat program runs from June 6, 2023 until July 21st, 2023.

 

For our returning members:

- Please proceed through registration and verify email addresses, phone numbers and your correct insurance information.

For our new members:

- When registering, please have your insurance and emergency information available.

- FOR ALL MEMBERS:

??- If you are not a Rudgear Estates Homeowner or Pool Member, a "Splash Fee" of $200 per swimmer will also be required to meet pool membership requirements. If you are interested in becoming a pool member and having your splash fees waived, please contact the Rudgear Estate Homeowners Association at [email protected] or (925) 264-8775. 

- If paying by credit or debit card a 2.9% credit card processing fee will be added during checkout.

- Signups for team and meet jobs will be in a separate online sign up. We will open that part of the website around the beginning of May and will send a reminder email. In the meantime, take a look at the descriptions under the Family Jobs HQ tab. Please keep in mind that meet and team jobs are mandatory and will be required of each family. The number of meet jobs will determined once we have a final number of swimmers registered for the season.
