Registration is now open for the Rudgear Estates Spring Stroke Clinic. The clinic, which is in addition to the normal swim season, runs March 1st through March 31st. Coaches will help swimmers refine and improve on stroke technique.  The clinic is open to both Rudgear Estates swim team members and swimmers from other local teams. Swimmers must have one year swim team experience and experience in all 4 strokes. Swimmers must be able to swim across the length of the pool independently for Clinic as coaches are not in the water with swimmers. We will hold a swim test for all 6 and under swimmers the first day of Clinic to ensure they will be able to swim multiple laps without assistance.

Clinics will be led by Rats Head Coach Nick Inserra. Nick has been coaching swimming for about six years now, starting with Springbrook Hogs and moving onwards with the Acalanes Dons. His main goal as a coach is developing young minds while creating a positive environment to grow. 

Cost for the program is $275 per swimmer. 

A few dates will be cancelled due to staffing and in order to adhere to the county guidelines of time allowed in the water during March. These date will be posted and emailed out as we get closer to March but Clinic was extended to account for these days already. 

If paying by credit or debit card a 2.9% credit card processing fee will be added during checkout.

REFUNDS: If you drop before March 1st, 2023 then a refund will be given minus $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given if dropping after March 1st, 2023. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to the refund policy for any reason, including weather, wildfires, air quality, Covid-19 exposure, personal emergencies and/or any other extenuating circumstances. Similarly, we will not be able to offer make up sessions.

Times listed below are subject to change, final clinic times will be emailed out prior to March 1st.  We reserve the right to move swimmers around due to ability level and swimmer cohort size limitations, as required by Contra Costa County. 

7-8's	4:00-4:30 p.m.
6 & U	4:30-5:00 p.m.
9-10's	5:00-5:45 p.m.
11 and Ups	5:45-6:30 p.m
9 & UP  (Flex Group)	6:30 pm- 7:15 p.m.
