Dry lands & butterfly stroke review - 10 minutes
Warm up:200 S, 200 K, 200 P for 13-18yr200 S, 100 K, 100 P for 9-12 yr100 S, 100K, 100 S for 8 & undersFins on: Dolphin Kick, in a streamline position - arms above head13-18 yr 2009-12 1508 & under 100 - do this in 25'sButterfly stroke - go over technique again, take your time set is not on clock.
