Practices can change due to enrollment, weather, and other factors that are out of WOJ's control. We will send out emails and notifications if there are changes in the schedule.

Intros Mon - Wed - Fri 3:30-4:30 pm
 
OPTION 2
Juniors Monday to Friday 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Intros Mon - Wed - Fri 4:30 - 5:30 pm

5:30  - 7:30  pm
Elite Monday to Friday

Weekend Practices SATURDAYS
  Advance  8:15 - 10:15am

Swimmers should always bring:

  • Dryland clothing to practice
  • Water bottle
  • Towels
  • Warm clothing
  • Extra suit, and goggles

 

 Swimmers need to bring shoes and shorts to do dryland training before practice.

Swimmers should always bring:

  • Dryland clothing to practice

  • We reserve the right to adjust practice times and location in cases of over crowding and/or lack of participation.                         

  • The times reflect a 15 minute stretch for each group to be held at the beginning of practice.           

  • 6 and under's do not need more then 3 practices/week.  The intent at their age is to keep them excited about swimming and work on stroke and endurance.
