We reserve the right to adjust practice times and location in cases of over crowding and/or lack of participation.

The times reflect a 15 minute stretch for each group to be held at the beginning of practice.

6 and under's do not need more then 3 practices/week. The intent at their age is to keep them excited about swimming and work on stroke and endurance.
