Weekend Practices SATURDAYS

Swimmers should always bring:

  • Dryland clothing to practice
  • Water bottle
  • Towels
  • Warm clothing
  • Extra suit, and goggles
  Advance 8:00 - 10:00 am
  Elite 8:00 - 10:00 am
  Juniors 9:45 - 11:00 am

 

DL = Dry-land; Swimmers need to bring shoes and shorts to do dryland training before practice.
