INTRO

  • There is limited space
  • Practices are 2-3 times per week (Check the schedule)
  • The purpose for this group is to:
    • Learn = Water safety
    • Develop = Swimming skills and 2 competitive strokes (Freestyle and Backstroke)
    • Experience = Swim Team environment, and some Ping Pong Meets (during practice)
  • Due to COVID-19, we will be focusing on training, improving, and learning more about swimming. There might be meets, but those would be optional
  • Intro # 1 – Ages 4-6
    • This group practices twice per week. Check the schedule for details.                                                   
    • Pre-requisite:
      • Comfortable in the water
      • Able to swim 12.5 yards without assistance
  • Intro # 2 – Ages 6-8
    • This group practices three times per week. Check the schedule for details.                                                                       
    • Pre-requisite:         
      • Participated in summer 2020 season or
      • Swims 25 yards freestyle/front crawl without assistance

 


 

JUNIOR

  • This group is for ages 8-10
  • Participants will be divided into groups with same skill level
  • Practices are 3 times per week
  • The purpose for this group is to:
    • Learn = Water safety
    • Develop = Swimming skills and improve all 4 competitive strokes
    • Experience = Swim Team environment, and Competition in swim meets
  • Due to COVID-19, we will be focusing on training, improving, and learning more about swimming. There might be meets, but those would be optional
  • Pre-requisite:
    • Comfortable in the water
    • Participated in summer 2020 season or
    • Able to swim 12.5 yards without assistance and up to swims 25 yards freestyle/front crawl without assistance

 


 

ADVANCED

  • This group is for ages 11-17
  • This group practices 4 times per week.
  • The purpose for this group is to:
    • Maintain = Strength and Conditioning through all the workouts
    • Improve = Technique, performance, and speed in preparation for High School Swim Season
    • Achieve = Swimming goals and personal best times at meets
  • Due to COVID-19, we will be focusing on training, improving, and learning more about swimming. There might be meets, but those would be optional

 


 

ELITE

  • This group is for ages 12-18
  • This group competes and participates in USA Swimming Short and Long-Course Meets, FLAGS and Senior Championship.
  • Due to COVID-19, we will be focusing on training, improving, and learning more about swimming. There might be meets, but those would be optional.
  • The purpose for this group is to:
    • Maintain = Strength and Conditioning through all the workouts
    • Improve = Technique, performance, and speed
    • Achieve = Swimming goals set at the beginning of the season
    • Qualify = Obtain qualifying times that will help them achieve experience and competition at a higher level

  • This group is limited to 18 swimmers
  • Pre-requisite:
    • Participated in summer 2020 season or
    • Able to swim ALL 4 competitive strokes
    • Able to swim 20x100 on 1:30
