PRE-SWIM TEAM

This is a great program for ALL kids interested in joining a swim team in the summer. This program will help participants understant more about competitive swimming and swimming ettiquette when it come to practices. 

These swimmers will be exposed to technique work, reading the clock, circle swimming, diving, turns, dryland exercises and much more. 

Pre-requisites for this program are:

  • Participants MUST know how to swim.
  • Participants MUST swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke.
  • Particpants MUST show knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.

Basic info:

  • When: Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Time: 3:30 - 4:20 pm
  • Length: 4 weeks long
  • Price: $100.00
  • Equipment: Goggles, swim suit, and flippers

Make-up Policy: A make-up class will be offer unders these circumstances:

  • Weather, or pool operation
