Limited Space available:

  • If you are interested in ALL SESSION in the fall, you MUST register for each month/session individually. In other words, you need to complete this registration and then go to the events page and register for session 1 and 3.
  • If you registered for this session, it does NOT mean that you have a spot for the other sessions.
  • If you registered for any session, and you choose to pull out before the session starts, you will only get a partial refund minus $25.00 process fee.  
  • Depending on registration enrollment, we may modify practice times and dates.

  • For Intro and Junior you need to choose one of the time options for M-W-F or T-R or T-R-Sa

USA Swimming Membership:

  • Since the Wahoo's of Jacksonville is a year-round program, ALL participants must be part of USA Swimming. 
  • This Membership allows particpants to compete and to be insured by USA Swimming. 
  • If you register for the fall session 1, you already paid your USA swimming membership; however, if you are new, you will need to choose this charge at the end of the payment screen. Failing to pay this fee, your account will be charged with the USA Swimming fee. 


Before you register:

  1. Please know that space is limited as a first come first serve basis. We have done as much as we can to accommodate everyone.
  2. If you did not participated in the summer, you must pay the Reg. fee and the Admin Fee. You will be prompted to select the fees. If you do not pay, the fees will be charged in your account.
  3. MUST know what registration group you are signing up for.
    1. Age restrictions apply to both TIME and LOCATION.
  4. Please be familiar with our Refund Policies. 
  5. Discounts -  We are offering a sibling discount. laugh
  6. Make sure you know what session you are registering for.
  7. You need a Credit Card or Debit Card in order to pay.

After you register:

  1. You must fill out our COVID-19 Waiver for each swimmer and bring a HARD COPY on the first day of practice.
  2. Failing to bring or submit the wavier for your swimmer(s), they will not be able to start practice with the team. CLICK HERE
  3. Please be familiar with our guidelines for swim practices. It is under the "Start Here" tab.
  4. Save the date for our online ZOOM MEETING ORIENTATION on  September 13 @  7:30 pm. A link will be sent prior the meeting.
  5. Equipment:
    1. Fins - Swimmers will need to buy fins. You can click on "Store" to find options for you.
    2. Goggles, water bottle, and swim suit are required.

ALL practices days and times are subject to change. It will depend on registration, facilities access, and other.

If a practice gets cancel due to weather conditions, pool closure, or others, there will not be make up for practice or a refund.
