Thank you for your interest in joining Dunsinane Swim & Tennis Club! We had high interest this year and 2023 Dunsinane membership is closed for the season.
Previous members wishing to return to the club will have the first opportunity to renew for the 2024 season in February 2024 - please watch this website for updates since we cannot guarantee that emails will reach every interested person.
If you are looking to become a new member, we are using a waitlist. We will open invitations to join for the 2024 season sometime in April. We'll email the waitlist contacts with an update no later than May 1, 2024. Please submit your information to our brief waitlist application here.

Annual Dues for 2023
| Family Membership (Two adults + minors in the same household) $500 plus tax |
| Double (Must be in same household) $400 plus tax Single $300 plus tax |
| Initiation Fee for New Members $250 plus tax paid in full at the time membership is purchased $50 plus tax for Active Duty Military members and families or transfers from another Dayton area private pool that required an Initiation Fee*** *** Active Duty Military CAC or pool transfer letter/proof of 2020 membership is required. National Guard or reserve members, other Gov employees do not qualify. Previous pool memberships that do not require an Initiation Fee do not qualify. This discount is because Active Military members move in 3-4 years and can't get full benefit of the initiation fee, or to offset costs paid from previous fees. |
| Childcare Passes- $50 each + tax Childcare passes (formerly Babysitter and/or Grandparent passes) can be purchased in the registration module. |
Guest Passes - $10 per day, per person ages 3-80, 2 & Under or 80+ free.

Dunsinane Privacy Policy: The privacy of our members is very important to us. We will never sell, give away or use your information for anything other than internal club business. Internal club business includes: invitations to events, annual renewal mailers and swim and dive team information. Un-captioned photos may be posted on our site, however, we will take any photos off upon request to any board member. We will not collect or store any information that is not important to the business of the club. We do not collect or store any credit card information on our servers. From time to time, we may send you email you with important information. You may request that we not send you information by email at anytime by contacting any board member. We may use your name in our overhead address system during swim meets, to locate you for pool business such as visitor access or pizza delivery.
Dunsinane Refund Policy: You may request a full refund of your membership fees to Dunsinane Swim and Tennis Club in writing within 72 hours of joining the club. If there are any questions regarding dues payment, you must speak with the pool manager or club membership chairperson.
