DREAM.BIGGER!

Step 1/3: New Families to Seaholm/Aquatics Teams,

please set-up a Team Unify Account (1/Family)

  • Please create an account for your son on the Team Unify  “Seaholm Aquatics“ website that would be most helpful to us and to keep you informed (there is an app as well, but that's a bit more challenging to use at first, so start w/ computer).
    • Log on and scroll to the menu bars and find “website sign up”
    • Then click on “create a new account”.
    • Using the Team Unify system, “accounts“ are under one parent name and “members” are the name of the student-athlete.
    • NOTE: Only one parent can sign-up/set-up the account. Other parent(s) can be added to Master Account.
    • Again, it is also best to create an account on a PC, not an iPhone.
    • If you have any questions setting up the account, please let us know. ([email protected] or [email protected])

  • Swim Times (new swimmers only): While you're at it, please provide your boys best Swim Times (can be from Summer, Middle School, Previous High School Times etc..  Enter times HERE

Step 2/3: Birmingham Public Schools Athletic Registration

  • REGISTRATION:
    • Register & pay the Birmingham Public Schools sports fee online at link below...if click thru on link doesn't work, please COPY AND PASTE into Browser:

  •
  • ATHLETE PHYSICALS:
    • Students must have a valid physical on file in the athletic office.
    • View or print a blank form here.
    • You must turn in Physical Exam an Emergency Treatment Cart to Aaron Frank (Seaholm Athletic Director) before first Swim & Dive Practice.

  • Physicals - 2020-21 School Year (PER BPS SITE)
    • All student-athletes fall into one of the following three categories.  The requirement is listed for each.
    • A pre-participation physical exam (form) is required for any student to participate in interscholastic athletics. In most years, they are required annually.  Due to the unusual circumstance, the MHSAA has changed their requirements.  This year, a physical exam must be completed (and signed by the provider) on or after April 15, 2019 to be valid for the 2020-21 school year.  Families have two options to satisfy the physical examination requirement:
      • A physical exam that is completed on or after April 15, 2020 can be submitted.  It will be valid for this full school year.
      • An exam that was completed between April 15, 2020 and April 15, 2019, is sufficient as long as the family completes and submits the additional 2020-21 MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire.

Step 3/3: Swim & Dive Booster Fees

  • 2020-2021 Booster Fees are $80/athlete
    • Booster Fees Include: 1x Reg Season team shirt, 1x League Season Team Shirt, 1x FaceMask, 1x team dual meet cap or diving shammy
