If you have a pre-planned absence for a vacation, surgery, testing, etc. and your athlete will be missing practices, games or tournaments, parents MUST contact the coach or assistant coach as soon as they are aware that the planned event is going to impact their player’s ability to attend practices/games/tournaments.
