Beginners

This group is for kids new to competitive swimming.  Coach Juls will be teaching the kids the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes, turns and starts. Swimmers in this group will be at proactice for 60 minutes with light stretching prior to water time.

 

Intermediate

This group is for kids who are familiar to competitive swimming and want to improve stroke technique. Coach Alex will be working with the kids to help them improve their technique while teaching them to set goals for competition. Swimmers in this group will be in the water for 90 minutes with dryland training 3 days a week.

 

Advanced

This group is for kids ages 13-18 who are currently involved with competitive swimming throughout the school year. Coach David will be working with the kids to improve their overall mental and physical strength in the sport of competitive swimming. Swimmers in this group will be in the water for 2 hours a day plus strength training in the gym 3 days a week.
