Another strong performance by LBD swimmers resulted in a 622 to 167 visctory over Granite Bay.  Click Here for Meet Results or go to our Meet Result page for all season results.  The Dolphins are now 4-1 in dual meets heading into our final 2 meets of the season before Champs.

Important To-do's before you depart for July 4th Holiday:

  1. Login and Declare for our July 9 home meet vs. EDH - deadline is Friday, 7/1 - please declare yes or no ASAP.
  2. Plan to attend champs July 22-24 @ Del Oro - we want to have a great showing for SSL champs at our home pool and we want every Available Dolphin to be there to celebrate their best times.  Some important Champs notes.
    • Every swimmer who competed in 3 regular season meets is eligible for champs.  If you have not met the 3 meet requirement please make plans to do so and swim in the final 2 meets - exceptions are only approved by the league for exceptional circumstances.  
    • We will begin declarations for Champs this week and we need a commitment as soon as possible.
      • 6&Unders swim Saturday Only -- 2 individual events and Relay (only 2 relays per age group entered for champs).
      • 7/8s swim Saturday and Sunday -- 4 individual events (must choose 1 freestyle event - long or short free) and Relay 
      • 9/10s and up will swim IM trials on Friday evening - IM finals, 4 individual events and Relay on Saturday and Sunday.
    • Champs is for everyone - swimmers are entered against swimmers with similar times so it is a great opportunity for every swimmer to have their best race and best time to finish the season.
  3. Login and declare for the July 16 meet @ Park Terrace - the deadline is Friday 7/8 -  please declare yes or no ASAP.  This is a great away meet to travle too and help Dolphins get a win against a long-time SSL rival.
