2023 Costs:
$350 for SL Club members registered with payment received on or before March 5th
$375 for SL Club members registered and payment received on or after March 6th
$450 for Non-Members registered and payment received on or before March 5th
$425 for Non-Members registered and payment received on or after March 6th
$200 High School Swimmers (Must be a Member of High School Swim team)
**If for some reason your swimmer needs to withdraw, he/she may withdraw with a full refund if the head coach and registrar are notified prior to March 31st, he/she may withdraw with a full refund minus a $100 processing fee if the head coach and registrar are notified prior to April 30th, or he/she may withdraw with no refund if the head coach and registrar aren't notified until May 1st or after.
IMPORTANT PRE-REGISTRATION STEPS:
RETURNING FAMILY? If you are a RETURNING family, please DO NOT CREATE a new account with a new e-mail for sign on during the registration process. PLEASE USE YOUR EXISTING FAMILY ACCOUNT e-mail sign-on. The system cannot have two separate e-mail sign-ons for one account/swimmer.
ADDING A NEW SWIMMER? If you want to register a sibling who is new to the team, please email Kate Alves at [email protected] with the swimmer's name and DOB and request to add the sibling BEFORE you register your other swimmers.
NEW EMAIL? If you have changed your email address since the last time you signed on, please update your swimsutterlawn.com account settings and information BEFORE registering.
FORGOT ACCOUNT SIGN IN? If you have forgotten your account email sign in or your password, please use the online recovery options at https://www.teamunify.com/Home.jsp?team=recsslslt or email [email protected] for help.
Continuing Requirements
1. New 6 & Under swimmers will be required to complete a swim test.
A swim test will be conducted by the coaches to ensure that your swimmer can complete a full lap of the pool unassisted. This is to ensure the safety of all the young swimmers in the pool. The swim test is scheduled for Sunday, March 12th. If you have any questions on this requirement, please contact Carrie Relles or Libby Woolford at [email protected]
2. Every family is required to post TWO Parent Volunteer Deposits for the season.
There are two volunteer deposits per family due with your registration. The dual meet season volunteer deposit is $150 and the Championship volunteer deposit is $125. Non-Members, two checks, one for $150 and one for $125, are due to the registrar for your registration to be processed. If your volunteer commitments are not met for the dual meet season, your SLTC acct (members) will be charged or your check will be cashed (non-members). If your volunteer commitments are not met for Championships, your SLTC acct (members) will be charged or your check will be cashed (non-members).
3. MEMBERSHIP CODE REQUIRED in "Sutter Lawn Membership #" field on the billing page of Registration:
IF Registering as a SUTTER LAWN TENNIS CLUB MEMBER: Please enter your 4-digit Sutter Lawn Tennis Club Membership # in the designated spot on the billing page during registration.
IF Registering as a NON-SUTTER LAWN TENNIS CLUB MEMBER: Please enter the code "NON-MEMBER" in the designated spot on the billing page during registration.
4. Payment for Registration "Pay by Check" Or "Credit Card Authorization" Button Required:
In the final step of your electronic registration, select the “Pay By Check” or "Credit Card Authroization" button in order to complete the registration.
Registering as a SUTTER LAWN TENNIS CLUB MEMBER: Select "Pay By Check." NOTE: Your registration fee will be automatically billed to your Sutter Lawn Account. Please remember this as you check out.
Registering as a NON-SUTTER LAWN TENNIS CLUB MEMBER: Select "Pay By Check" or "Credit Card Authorization." Your registration fee must be paid by a check (deliver the check to Sutter Lawn Club ASAP) or new this year, fill out the Credit Card Authorization form available in the Swim Season Info tab and turn it into Sutter Lawn Management. Your account will not be activiated until we have your checks or credit card authorization form (please note that a 3% processing charge will be added to all credit card payments).
5. BIRTH CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION:
** ALL Swimmers: Registration will not be approved until the Registrar confirms that a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate is on file. If not yet turned in, please either leave a copy in the Swim Team Mail box in the manager's office or email a copy to: [email protected]
Requirements for Final Approval of Registration:
Please note, final approval of registration (BEFORE SWIMMER ALLOWED IN POOL) is contingent upon the following:
(1) Birth Certificate Verification
(2) Online Registration Completed,
(3) Swimmer/Parent/Coach Contract Completed (find in the swim season info tab),
and
(4) PAYMENT/CHECK DEPOSIT/Credit Card Auth Received

I began competitive swimming at the age of eight in Wisconsin. Given a choice of sports, my older brother joined the local swim team, and his strong willed younger sister declared, “If he can do it, I can do it too!” That was my motto. Over 40 years later, I am thankful my brother chose swimming.
In some fashion, water has always been a part of my life - whether swimming on the high school team, summers lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons, four years of college swimming, guiding kayak tours on Monterey Bay, countless hours ocean swimming along the Kona coast or providing aqua therapy to patients - the water has been and continues to be a source of enjoyment and friendships and a provider of many life lessons. Swimming even played matchmaker as I met my husband, Nick, masters swimming near Chicago. After wearing fins and chasing me for a few weeks, he finally asked me out.
I have been a physical therapist for 20+ years, but my most fulfilling and enjoyable job is being mom to our 12-year-old daughter, Sam. At just a few months old, Sam and I started to play together in the water. Whether splashing in the pool or surfing a wave, water time has always been fun time. When I think back to my younger self, extra tall with two long braids and a handmade swimsuit, I could never have imagined where my water adventure would take me. I am happy the water has brought me here to Sutter Swim Team as both a parent and a coach, and I am excited to be a part of this Tsunami season.
