All members must tell the staff member at the desk their name in order to gain admittance. Anyone who passes through our gate must be a member, babysitter with a babysitter pass, including anyone not planning to swim.  No one may enter who is not located in our database. Staff will verify the status of members seeking admission against the database information.

Guests will be permitted beginning Saturday, June 26th. Guest passes can be purchased in advance or at the front desk.  There is no physical pass.  The purchased passes are stored in our membership system. Each guest pass is $10.  After 5PM $5.

BABYSITTER PASS: For use only by a caregiver when accompanied by a member’s child(ren). May be transferred to a new caregiver if necessary. Babysitters/Caregivers must be age 15 or older.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN: Children ages 11 and under may not enter the swim club without a member or babysitter/caregiver at least 15 years old. However, members' children entering seventh-grade after the season may enter the club without an adult or caregiver.

Members may be required to demonstrate minimum acceptable swimming skills prior to using certain portions of the club facilities. Children under 12 years old, and others at the discretion of the manager must pass the following tests:

ORANGE BRACELET: For access to the long area of the L-Pool from the shallow end buoy line to the far wall. Must swim 2 widths of the pool typically starting at the slide and swimming to the other side of the pool and back without stopping except to turn and return or touching the bottom. Any stroke is acceptable for this test.

A child who does not have an orange bracelet may swim with an adult in the orange bracelet section of the pool including using the slide. This does not include access to the diving well or diving board. A green bracelet is required to use the diving well and/or diving boards. This activity may be suspended at the discretion of the manager on duty. Please, only one adult to one non-band swimming child.

GREEN BRACELET: For access to the diving well and lap pool. Must swim continuous freestyle from the start of the test to the other side of the pool (could be full lap in lap pool or from one point in the L-Pool to another).  Then thread water for 30 seconds.  Then swim freestyle back to the starting point of the test.

Please Note: General skills tests will be administered by a Manager.

If you received a green band in a previous season, you do NOT need to retake the test. Please check in at the office and they can look in our system and give you your band. Any swimmers who are entering 6th grade and older do not have to take the swim test.

NOTE: If you have difficulty swimming despite your age, a manager may request a test to review your ability and ensure your safety.

BABY POOL: Parents and caregivers are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children in the baby pool. This pool is for use by children under age 5.

DIVING WELL: The deepest end of the L Pool is the only area where diving is permitted. A Green Bracelet is required to use the diving well. Only one person is permitted on the diving board at a time.

LAP POOL: The lap pool is to be used for swimming laps only, no jumping or diving. The lap pool features salt water chlorination which is the preferred method of an avid swimmer. A Green Bracelet is required to use the lap pool. Swimmers are expected to share lanes during periods of peak demand. Two swimmers may choose to swim on sides; circle swimming should be used when three or four swimmers are sharing a lane. The lap pool may be restricted to adult use only at the discretion of the manager on duty. Please Note: During busy periods the Manager on Duty may limit the duration members and guests can swim laps or may open part of the L pool for lap swimming.

Private Parties: All reservations for parties should be pre-arranged with our General Manager, Kevin Haney.

SWIM DIAPERS: Children who are not completely toilet trained are required to wear swim diapers and rubber swim pants over top of them. Failure to follow this rule may (under worst-case conditions) require the closure of the pool for extended periods due to the need to increase chemical levels. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the office.
