Membership Renewal and New Member Sign Up Process

  • Please send in your check AND registration forms.
  • Registration forms with dues information can be found below.
  • Any payments received after the pool opens, please expect a 2-3 day turn around to process your payment. 
  • All dues must be paid and processed to use the pool. 
  • Completing registration forms speeds up our process and ensures a smooth check in at the pool, so please don’t forget to include the forms. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent when your membership is activated in the system.  If you do not receive a message prior to opening day, you can reach out to [email protected].
  • You can mail your check payment and forms to PO Box 85, Swarthmore, PA 19081  or use the Drop Box at GSM Advisory Group at 11 Park Avenue in downtown Swarthmore. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE POOL

Log in to your account This is where you can see your profile and make sure your info is correct. You can also opt in to emails if you are not receiving them. You do not need to sign up online as part of the membership process. Please fill out the registration form below that applies to your membership and send it in with your check.  Our staff will take it from there and get you all set up in the check in system.
