REFUND / DROP POLICY

Swimmers who decide to leave the Folsom Sea Otters Swim Team prior to the start of the season, must provide written notice to the Folsom Sea Otters Board no later than April 23, 2023.  

A 75% refund of the registration fees will be given if you decide to leave the team from January 21, 2023 thru March 29, 2023.

A 50% refund of the registration fees will be given if you decide to leave the team from March 30, 2023 thru April 23, 2023.

New swimmers who do not pass the Water Safety Check will receive a full refund of their registration fees, less a $50 processing fee.

No refunds will be given after April 23, 2023.  No exceptions.

Any participant in the Jr. Otters program that decides to leave the team must provide written notice to the Folsom Sea Otters Board no later than May 30, 2023, and shall receive a 50% refund of their registration fees.

New Jr. Otters swimmers who do not pass the Water Safety Check will receive a full refund of their registration fees, less a $50 processing fee.

No Jr. Otters refunds will be given after May 30, 2023.  No exceptions.
