Looking for the perfect place to host a party this summer? Look no further!


How do I book my party?

First, email Christine Volm at [email protected] to request your party - give your preferred date, time, and area. You will receive an email/call/text that will either confirm your requested date/time/area or advise you of other options if your date/time is not available. 

Then, download and complete this packet (Google form coming soon!!!).  The packet must be completed and signed before the date of the party.



$200 for members, up to 25 guests

$400 for non-members, up to 25 guests 

An additional $100 for guests between 25 and 50 If hosting between 50 and 100 guests, you will need to reserve and pay for a second party area.



Up to 4 consecutive hours during the Club’s open hours, generally 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; some exceptions apply, please refer to the Hours and Events Calendar on the main site.

You can choose one of the following areas for your party:

(1) BABY POOL*       (2) JUNIOR POOL*       (3) DECK       (4) GRASS AREA NEAR MAIN POOL

*Reserving an area does not reserve the pool itself; at no time will other members or guests at the Club be prohibited from using a specific pool due to a party being held
