Welcome to the Oakhurst Orcas Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for the upcoming 2023 swim season!

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

When you register on our website, you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign up for volunteer jobs, see your children's swim time histories, stay abreast of club news, and more.

When you begin the registration process, you will see that registration costs are itemized.  This year we have a $10 swimmer registration increase. Our multiswimmer discount is still the same as it's been.

For the 2023 season, we are again offering a "new family referral" credit.  Email must be sent to Lindy Gage within a week of the new family registering.  This referral only applies to new Orca families, not a new swimmer from an existing Orca family.  Both the referring and referred families will receive a $10 concessions credit only good for the 2023 season.  A new family may only be referred by ONE existing Orca family.  Existing families may receive credits for recruiting up to 3 new families.

You must pay any applicable registration fees AND provide a separate, post-dated check for the $250 volunteer deposit before your athletes will appear as "ACTIVE" and can sign up online for meets.

By the end of the first week of practice, each swimmer must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 yards) without stopping, or the coaches may determine the swimmer is not yet ready for swim team.  In that event, any registration fees paid will be returned in full.

Finally, please remember to specify/update the t-shirt size(s) for your swimmer(s).
