SWIM WITH A PRO CLINIC - WED, JULY 2

Sea Dragons,
Swim With a Pro Clinic just rescheduled and is coming to Cary Park, Wednesday afternoon, July 2!!  Open to ages 7 and up, please see the following schedule:

6 and unders and Mini Sea Dragons - normal afternoon practice times
5:30- 6:30 - Ages 7 to 9
6:30- 7:30 - Ages 10 and up

Come join U.S.A. National Team Member, Ashley Twichell and Two-time Olympian, Chloe Sutton for a two-hour swim clinic! The clinic will focus mainly on stroke technique, turns, and starts. Each swimmer will benefit from individualized assessment and attention, and small group instruction. This is the perfect opportunity to make those improvements that will lead to faster swimming and major time drops by the end of the summer league season! Pictures and autographs will also be available towards the end of each session, if desired.
