Welcome to the Cary Park Sea Dragons Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic registration for the CPSD Swim Team. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account through our website that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Key Steps for Successful Registration:

1) Sign up for a Family pool membership with Cary Park Swim Club (carypark.org)

2) Agree to the Mandatory Parent Volunteer Service Requirement (12 points of service per family)

3) Agree to the Liability Waiver

4) Agree to the Medical Release Waiver

5) Agree to the Photography Waiver

6) Agree to the Refund Policy

7) Agree to the Sportsmanship and Good Behavior Code of Conduct

8) Go to https://caryparkseadragons.swimtopia.com/register/51881/main to complete the CPSD SwimTopia swimmer registration form so that your swimmer can be entered into swim meets.

STEP #1: Please know that, in accordance with Tar Heel Swim Association (TSA) rules, Swimmer Registration requires being a Cary Park Swim Club member in good standing.
This means that you MUST have applied for, and paid for a Cary Park Swim Club Family Membership (see carypark.org for more information), which will then be confirmed by the POA management company before we can fully activate your paid-for Cary Park Sea Dragons Swimmer Registration(s). You can complete the swim team registration process before receiving your swim club membership, but your swimmer(s) will not be allowed to practice until we have confirmation of your swim club membership from Elite Management.

Again, before your kids can practice, all registrations for Cary Park Sea Dragons first REQUIRE:
* Active Cary Park Swim Club Family Membership - Applied, Paid, and Confirmed

Note that non-Cary Park residents must mail their payments to Elite Management, so to take advantage of the Early-bird discounts for pool membership, please remember to leave time for your check to arrive to Elite Management by March 15th!
