Hi, I’m Coach Row, My family has been part of the Heritage Hurricanes for 6 years.  I am currently the assistant swim coach at Central High.  I was a Marine Corps Water Safety Survival Instructor and am still a regular in the swimming lanes. I am extremely excited to be here to contribute to the team and the Heritage community. See you this summer.

Hi my name is Kate Avalos and I am a returning swim coach, this is my second year coaching at the Heritage pool.

I have been swimming for around 6 years, throughout middle and high school, and I was my highs school swim teams captain. I am currently a freshman at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, majoring in Animation and minoring in Criminal Justice.

I can't wait to be back in Texas and see new and returning faces this summer!

My name is Jaiden Williams I have been a swimmer for about 9 years, 3 of which were on the Timber Creek High-school swim team. This will be my second summer coaching for the Hurricanes! I am studying cosmetology with Keller Center for Advanced Learning, currently trying to get my cosmetology license.

Hi! My name is Ella, I am a senior in high school and have been swimming competitively since I was 9. I swam for LAC until last summer and also swam for Timber Creek on their varsity until February of this year. I like to rock-climb on the weekends and also enjoy reading. I love coaching for the Hurricanes and can’t wait to see what this season entails!

I’m Coach Angelina and this is my second year coaching for the Hurricanes. I am a junior at FRHS where I am also the swim captain for the team that I have been on since my freshman year. I have been swimming club for about a year now and competitively for about 4 years. A fun fact about me is I am currently training and studying to become an EMT.
